Areas of Delivery:

Purchases made via this Website may only be shipped within the fifty U.S. states and the District of Columbia. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO addresses.

Shipping and Handling:

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, 9am-6pm (excluding holidays). If we encounter any problems with your shipment, you will be notified.

Our goal is to process orders within 48 hours of receipt. 

We ship using USPS (Flat Rate) and UPS (Calculated Rates).   

All shipments require a signature on delivery. We recommend you inspect your package for damage or tampering before signing and accepting it.

Delivery Problems: 

If the delivery of your order is delayed, please contact us at via email or by phone at 1 (800) 223-4008 (Mon-Fri, 9.30am to 5.30pm).Upon receiving your order, please carefully inspect the contents of the package. If there are any discrepancies between what you ordered and what you received, proceed according to our Exchange and Return Policy.

Shipping to alternate addresses: 

If you ship your order to an address that is different than your billing address, as a security measure to protect our clients against fraud we will confirm your credit card has this alternate shipping address on record. To expedite the processing of your order, please call your credit card company and provide them with your alternate shipping address.


Soniq USA is required by law to charge state and local sales tax for orders shipped to states where we conduct business. Applicable sales tax will be added for deliveries within the following states: NY. 

Returns & Replacements

We hope you are satisfied with every Soniq USA purchase you make. We believe strongly in our products and their quality. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it by mail for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the date of purchase by following the instructions provided on the invoice. Products returned after 30 days of date of purchase may be exchanged for a product(s) of equal value; no refunds will be given. Contact Soniq Customer Service for return authorization at

If you purchased the product from a retail store, please contact the store directly for their return policy. We recommend returning the product to the store (if possible) in order to avoid return shipping fees. However, if the store cannot accept your return, please contact our customer service at 

We are sorry, but return shipping fees are non-refundable.

*Please Note: We do not give refunds or exchanges on clearance items, discontinued items, or items purchased through unauthorized resellers or online auctions. 

When you receive your items, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the box to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately. To investigate the problem, we’ll need your order number, email address, shipping address, and phone number. Please be sure to retain the shipping box, packing materials, and damaged items in case we need to provide them to the carrier as proof of damage during transit.

If we made a mistake and you received an incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We’ll promptly schedule a pickup.


If you need to cancel your order, contact Customer Service. Please include the order number of the item that you would like to cancel to ensure accuracy.

If you have already completed an order and wish to add an additional item to your order, you will need to cancel your initial order and place a new order. Contact Customer Service for assistance. Please include the order number of the item that you would like to cancel to ensure accuracy.

Please note, if your order has already been processed, you may not be able to cancel or modify it.

Check the status of any of your orders by visiting our Order Status page. This is the easiest and fastest way to get the most current information regarding your order.

When you click on Order Status, you will be prompted to sign in with your email address and password. An order summary page will provide you with detailed information about your current or past orders. If your order has not been processed you may modify or cancel your order from this page.

If your order has been shipped via UPS, you may track it using links provided in your order detail. It may take up to one (1) business day for your information to be posted on the UPS website.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Currently, we only accept payment through PayPal. 

Pricing Policy doesn't price-match with other retailers or resellers.

We do, however, consistently work toward maintaining the most competitive prices on everything we carry.

To Update Account Information, click on “my account” next to the Welcome tab at the top of the page. Once you enter your login information you will be brought to your account page for editing.
